The MUR440S THRU MUR460S are Super Fast Recovery Rectifier Diodes (FRED) featuring a low profile package ideal for automated placement. They utilize a glass-passivated chip junction, offering super fast reverse recovery time and high forward surge capability. These diodes meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-0020, with a maximum peak of 260 C. They are suitable for high-frequency rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes in consumer and telecommunication applications.
