The AIP3D10A060Q4(N) is a 3-phase inverter intelligent power module designed for low power motor drives. It features 600V-10A Trench Shielded Planar Gate IGBTs, built-in bootstrap diodes with integrated current-limiting resistors, and comprehensive protection functions including control supply under-voltage lockout (UVLO), controllable over-temperature protection (OT), temperature monitoring (VOT), and short-circuit current protection (CSC). The module offers a controllable fault out signal (VCF) for SC, UV, and OT faults, and an enable input functionality to shut down low-side IGBTs. Its input interface supports 3 and 5V lines with Schmitt trigger receiver circuits, and it provides isolation ratings of 2000Vrms/min. Ideal for AC 100-240Vrms class low power motor drives, washing machines, compressors, and fan motors.
