These rectifiers are suitable for surface mounted applications, featuring low reverse leakage, built-in strain relief for automated placement, and high forward surge current capability. They are ideal for applications requiring high temperature soldering, guaranteed up to 260 C/10 seconds at terminals. The plastic package is compliant with Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0.
