Product Overview
The ES1A through ES1J series are surface mount super fast rectifiers designed for high-efficiency applications. Featuring super fast switching speeds, low reverse leakage, and high forward surge current capability, these rectifiers are ideal for automated placement due to their built-in strain relief. They are suitable for surface mounted applications and guarantee high temperature soldering up to 260C for 10 seconds at terminals. The plastic body carries an Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0.
