The DDC (XXXX) H series are NPN pre-biased small signal dual surface mount transistors featuring epitaxial planar die construction and built-in biasing resistors. Complementary PNP types are available as DDA. These devices are totally lead-free, fully RoHS compliant, and halogen and antimony free ("Green" device).
