The GBU6005-GBU610 series is a 6.0A glass-passivated bridge rectifier designed for single-phase, 60Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads. These rectifiers offer advantages such as glass passivated die construction, high case dielectric strength, low reverse leakage current, and a surge overload rating to 175A peak, making them ideal for printed circuit board applications. They are UL listed and RoHS compliant.
