The DCX (XXXX) U is a series of 50V complementary pre-biased transistors housed in a SOT363 surface-mount package, ideal for automated assembly. These devices offer a range of bias resistors and are designed to be totally lead-free, fully RoHS compliant, and halogen/antimony-free ("Green" device). The DCX (XXXX) UQs are AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities, making them suitable for automotive applications with specific change control requirements.
