The DF005S DF10S series is a 1.0A Surface-Mount Glass Passivated Bridge Rectifier designed for surface-mount applications. These rectifiers feature a low forward voltage drop, high current capability, and a surge overload rating to 50A peak. They are constructed with glass-passivated die and are UL Listed. The series is also lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen and antimony free, making them a "Green" device. They are suitable for automotive applications requiring specific change control when qualified to AEC-Q100/101/104/200 standards.
