The HS1D is a 1.0A surface mount hyper-fast rectifier packaged in an SMA package. It is designed for use as a boost diode in power factor correction circuitry and for secondary rectification and freewheeling in superfast switching speed AC-DC and DC-DC converters, particularly in high-temperature conditions for consumer applications. Key features include a low profile, small form factor, low leakage current, glass passivation for high reliability, hyper-fast recovery time for high efficiency, and low forward voltage for reduced power loss. This device is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and a "Green" device (Halogen and Antimony free).
