S1V 1.0A SURFACE MOUNT GLASS PASSIVATED RECTIFIER

The S1V is a 1.0A surface mount glass-passivated rectifier designed for high reliability. It features a low forward voltage drop, surge overload rating to 30A peak, and very high reverse breakdown voltage, making it ideally suited for automated assembly. This device is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen and antimony free, qualifying it as a "Green" device.
