The BY251 to BY255, BY255-AQ, BY1600 to BY2000 series are standard recovery rectifier diodes designed for 50/60 Hz mains rectification, power supplies, and polarity protection. These diodes feature a high forward surge current capability and are available with reverse voltages up to 2000 V. The BY255-AQ variant is AEC-Q101 qualified. Products are compliant with RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals regulations.
