Product Overview
The DT4T10x Series TRIACs are high commutation performance silicon bidirectional thyristors designed for general-purpose AC switch control. These devices are suitable for third-quadrant 4A logic-level triggering and offer high performance without the need for a snubber circuit. They can be controlled by phase angle trigger or on/off trigger, making them versatile for applications such as motor, fan, and pump control, solenoid drivers, LED dimming, heaters, and inrush current limiting circuits. The series features passivated die for reliability, over 1000V/800V VDRM/VRRM ratings, and operation up to 150C. They are manufactured using a "Green" molding compound, UL flammability classification 94V-0, and are Lead-free in RoHS II 2015/863/EU compliant.
