Product Overview

The DT12T Standard Series TRIACs are 12A silicon bidirectional thyristors designed for high commutation performance without the need for a snubber circuit. These devices offer reliable control for general-purpose AC switching applications, including motor, fan, and pump control, solenoid drivers, LED dimming, and inrush current limiting circuits. They feature passivated die for enhanced reliability and uniformity, three-quadrant triggering, and can operate at temperatures up to 125C. The series is compliant with RoHS II 2015/863/EU and uses a "Green" molding compound with UL flammability classification 94V-0.
