The Formosa MS US1A-A THRU US1M-A series are 1.0A surface mount high efficiency rectifiers designed for high-speed switching applications. They feature ultra-fast switching for improved efficiency, glass passivated chip junctions, and built-in strain relief for automated placement. These rectifiers are ideal for surface mounted applications requiring low reverse leakage and high forward surge current capability. They are compliant with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and offer high temperature soldering guaranteed at 250C/10 seconds at terminals.
