Seven channel high voltage Darlington array GN Semic GN2003A suitable for DC lighting and brushless motor drivers
Product Description
The GN2003A is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington array composed of seven NPN Darlington pairs. All units share a common emitter, and each unit features an open-collector output. Each Darlington pair includes a 2.7 K base resistor, making it directly compatible with TTL and 5V CMOS circuits, enabling direct handling of data that previously required standard logic buffers. The GN2003A operates at high voltages and currents, with a sink current capability of up to 500mA and the ability to withstand 80V in the off-state. Its outputs can also operate in parallel under high load currents, providing an excellent solution for multi-interface drive circuits.
