Product Overview

The ULN2003 and ULN2004 are high voltage, high current Darlington arrays, each containing seven open collector Darlington pairs with common emitters. These versatile devices are designed for driving a wide range of loads including solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays, filament lamps, thermal printheads, and high power buffers. They feature integrated suppression diodes for inductive load driving and offer inputs that are pinned opposite the outputs for simplified board layout. The ULN2003 is compatible with 5V TTL and CMOS logic families, while the ULN2004 interfaces with 6-15V CMOS and PMOS logic.
