MBR3040 THRU MBR30200 Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are designed for low voltage, high frequency applications including inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection. They offer low power loss, high efficiency, and high current capability due to their metal silicon junction and majority carrier conduction. The plastic package features UL 94V-0 flammability classification and is made from flame retardant epoxy molding compound. These rectifiers comply with EU RoHS 2011/65/EU directives.
