MBR1040 THRU MBR10200 Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling, and polarity protection applications. They feature high current capability, low power loss, and high efficiency due to metal silicon junction, majority carrier conduction. The plastic package has Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-O and is made from flame retardant epoxy molding compound. They are lead-free and comply with EU RoHS.
