The UBS1 thru UBS10 series are surface mount fast switching rectifiers designed for a wide voltage range from 100 to 1000 Volts and a current rating of 1.0 Ampere. Featuring glass passivated chip junctions, these rectifiers are ideal for surface mounted applications due to their low leakage and high forward surge current capability. They are built to withstand high temperature soldering, guaranteed up to 260 for 10 seconds at the terminals.
