8A Super Fast Barrier Rectifier (UF805 Thru UF860)
This 8A Super Fast Barrier Rectifier series, ranging from 100 to 600 Volts, offers low power loss, high efficiency, and high surge capability. Designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters, these rectifiers feature a metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction, providing high current capability and low forward voltage drop. A guard ring is incorporated for over-voltage protection.
