Eight channel high current Darlington transistor array LANKE ULN2803AG for in relay and stepper motor drivers
Product Description
The ULN2803A is a monolithic high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array. It consists of eight independent Darlington driver circuits, each with a built-in suppression diode for inductive loads like relays and stepper motors. Each Darlington pair can output 500mA, and parallel connections allow for higher current capabilities. This array is suitable for driving relays, lighting, LED displays, stepper motors, and as logic buffers. With a 2.7K base resistor in each channel, it can interface directly with TTL/CMOS logic circuits operating at 5V, eliminating the need for standard logic buffers.
