Product Description

The Kxxx0yH is a high-energy, bidirectional SIDAC switch designed for gas ignition applications requiring high current pulses, especially at low repetition rates. It offers voltage activation between 190 to 280 Volts and switches through a negative resistance region to a low on-state voltage. Conduction continues until the current is interrupted or falls below the minimum holding current. Available in DO-15, TO-92, and DO-214 packages.
