The MUR1505 thru MUR1560 series is a 15A Super Fast Barrier Rectifier designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters. It features low power loss, high efficiency, high surge capability, and a high current capability with a low forward voltage drop. The devices utilize metal silicon junction, majority carrier conduction, and a guard ring for over-voltage protection. They are housed in a TO-220AC package with a molded plastic over glass passivated chip.
