Product Overview
The VUO110-16NO7 is a standard rectifier module featuring a PWS-E package with DCB ceramic isolation. It offers improved temperature and power cycling, very low forward voltage drop, and low leakage current. Designed for three-phase bridge configurations, it is suitable for main rectification, DC power equipment supplies, PWM inverter input rectifiers, battery DC power supplies, and field supplies for DC motors. This RoHS compliant module is easy to mount with two screws and has a copper internally DCB isolated base plate.
