Product Overview
The VBO40-08NO6 is a standard rectifier bridge featuring planar passivated chips, very low leakage current, and a very low forward voltage drop. Its improved thermal behavior makes it suitable for main rectification in one-phase bridge configurations, DC power equipment, PWM inverter input rectifiers, battery DC power supplies, and field supplies for DC motors. The device comes in a SOT-227B (minibloc) package with an isolated backside.
