Product Description
The RL251 thru RL257 series are axial SILASTIC GUARD JUNCTION STANDARD RECTIFIERS designed for general purpose applications. They offer a low forward voltage drop, low reverse leakage, and high forward surge current capability. These rectifiers are suitable for use in applications requiring high temperature soldering with a guaranteed performance of 260 for 10 seconds at 5 lbs(2.3kg) tension. They are ideal for use in single-phase, half-wave, 60Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads. For capacitive loads, current should be derated by 20%.
