The GBP3005-GBP310 series are silicon bridge rectifiers designed for printed circuit board applications. They offer high PRV ratings up to 1000V and surge overload capabilities up to 70 Amperes peak. Constructed using a molded plastic technique, these rectifiers provide a reliable and inexpensive solution. The plastic material meets UL flammability classification 94V-O, and the lead solderability is per MIL-STD-202 method 208.
