1.5 Amp Sensitive Gate SCR Littelfuse S402TSRP with 400 Volt Blocking Voltage and Fast Turn Off Time
Thyristors EV Series 1.5 Amp Sensitive SCRs
The new 1.5 Amp sensitive gate SCR series offers high static dv/dt with low turn off time (tq) through a small die planar construction design. All SCR junctions are glass-passivated to ensure long-term reliability and parametric stability. The Sx02xS EV series is specifically designed for solenoid drive applications, often seen in GFCI and similar safety cut-off devices. Key features include surge capability greater than 15 Amps, blocking voltage capability up to 600V, high dv/dt noise immunity, improved turn-off time (< 35 sec), and a sensitive gate for direct microprocessor interface. Available in through-hole and surface-mount packages, these SCRs are RoHS compliant and Halogen-Free.
