Product Overview

The LMUN2211LT1G Series features NPN silicon surface mount transistors integrated with a monolithic bias resistor network (BRT). This design simplifies circuit design by replacing individual transistors and external bias resistors, leading to reduced system cost and board space. Housed in a SOT-23 package, these transistors are suitable for low-power surface mount applications and can be soldered using wave or reflow methods. The modified gull-winged leads offer thermal stress absorption during soldering, protecting the die. These devices are available in 8 mm embossed tape and reel packaging.
