Product Description
The Teccor Sxx20x & Sxx25x Series are excellent unidirectional switches designed for phase control applications, including heating and motor speed controls. These standard phase control SCRs are easily triggered with minimal current (few milliamperes) at low voltage potentials (less than 1.5V). They feature glass-passivated junctions, voltage capabilities up to 1000V, and surge capabilities up to 350A. Available in isolated TO-220, non-isolated TO-220, and TO-263 packages, they are suitable for AC solid-state switches, industrial power tools, exercise equipment, white goods, and commercial appliances. Internally constructed isolated packages facilitate heat sinking with high isolation voltage.
