Product Overview

This series of Power Schottky Rectifiers offers high reliability and efficient operation in various power supply applications. Key features include very low forward voltage (VF), extremely low switching losses, and low reverse recovery current (IRM-values). These rectifiers are designed for use in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and as free-wheeling diodes in low voltage converters, providing high reliability circuit operation, low voltage peaks for reduced protection circuits, low noise switching, and low losses. The epoxy material meets UL 94V-0 standards.
