Product Overview
The FUO50-16N is a 3-phase rectifier bridge featuring standard rectifier capabilities. It offers advantages such as a DCB ceramic package for isolation and improved thermal performance, reduced weight, enhanced temperature and power cycling, planar passivated chips for very low forward voltage drop and leakage current. This diode is designed for main rectification in single and three-phase bridge configurations and comes in an industry-convenient i4-Pac package. It is RoHS compliant and its epoxy meets UL 94V-0 standards.
