The IXYS DSSK 30-018A is a Power Schottky Rectifier with a common cathode, designed for high reliability circuit operation. It offers very low forward voltage (VF), extremely low switching losses, and low reverse current (IRM) values, contributing to low voltage peaks for reduced protection circuits and low noise switching. This rectifier is suitable for applications in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and as a free-wheeling diode in low voltage converters. Its epoxy meets UL 94V-0 standards.
