Product Overview

The DSI2x55-16A is a standard rectifier featuring parallel legs with a backside isolated design. It offers very low leakage current, a very low forward voltage drop, and improved thermal behavior, making it suitable for main rectification and for use in single and three-phase bridge configurations. Its industry-standard SOT-227B (minibloc) package is RoHS compliant and features a copper base plate that is DCB isolated.
