The MCC MMSZ4678 THRU MMSZ4716 series are 500 mW Zener Diodes with a voltage range from 1.8 to 39 Volts. These diodes are designed for high reliability and feature a Halogen Free, "Green" Device designation. They are suitable for applications requiring stable voltage references and are built with an epoxy that meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The series is RoHS Compliant and Lead Free finished.
