Product Overview
S2ABF thru S2MBF are surface mount glass passivated junction rectifiers designed for high-temperature applications. They offer reverse voltages from 50V to 1000V and a forward current of 2.0A. These rectifiers are characterized by their high temperature metallurgically bonded construction, cavity-free glass passivated junction, and compliance with environmental standards of MIL-S-19500. They are capable of 2.0A operation at Tc=75C with no thermal runaway and exhibit typical IR less than 1.0A. High temperature soldering is guaranteed up to 260C for 10 seconds. The product material is halogen-free, utilizing a green epoxy compound.
