The 800(e3) and 801(e3) series are high-current three-phase bridge rectifiers designed for maximum reliability. Constructed with hermetically sealed rectifiers utilizing military-grade design and construction techniques, including voidless glass encapsulation and internal "Category 1" metallurgical bonds, these ultrafast rectifier bridges offer working peak reverse voltage ratings up to 150 V per leg. They are suitable for applications requiring high current handling and fast recovery times.
