The Microsemi 1N821 thru 1N829A-1 series are 6.2V and 6.55V Temperature Compensated Zener Reference Diodes designed for applications requiring minimal voltage change with temperature. These diodes offer selectable temperature coefficients down to 0.0005%/C when operated at 7.5 mA. They are available in a DO-35 glass axial-leaded package and optionally feature an internal metallurgical bond (indicated by a "-1" suffix). Military qualifications including JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV are available for specific part numbers. These diodes are suitable for instrumentation and circuit designs demanding a stable voltage reference and are non-sensitive to ESD.
