This series of surface mount, 1.5 Watt glass Zener voltage regulators, qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/406, are designed for high-reliability applications. They feature void-less hermetically sealed glass construction with internal metallurgical bonds, offering Zener selections from 3.3 to 200 volts with standard 5% tolerance, and available in 1% and 2% tolerances. These devices are ideal for voltage regulation across a broad operating current and temperature range and are non-sensitive to ESD.
