These diodes offer a wide range of Zener voltages from 2.4 to 56 Volts, making them suitable for various voltage regulation needs. Featuring a planar die construction and ideally suited for automated assembly processes, they are also halogen-free, "Green" devices, and RoHS compliant. The epoxy meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and they are designed for a broad operating and storage temperature range of -65C to +150C.
