The SR220 thru SR2200 Schottky Rectifiers from Niu Hang Specification Electronic Co. Ltd are designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters, DC/DC converters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications. These rectifiers feature a metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction, a guard ring for overvoltage protection, low power loss, high efficiency, high current capability, ultra-low forward voltage drop, and high surge capability.
