The FNA41560 / FNA41560B2 Motion SPM 45 Series is a fully-featured inverter output stage designed for AC Induction, BLDC, and PMSM motors. It integrates optimized gate drivers for built-in IGBTs, minimizing EMI and losses, while providing comprehensive protection features including under-voltage lockout, over-current shutdown, thermal monitoring, and fault reporting. The module's high-speed HVIC simplifies design by requiring only a single supply voltage and translating logic-level gate inputs to high-voltage drive signals. Separate negative IGBT terminals facilitate diverse control algorithms.
