The Niu Hang SR320 thru SR3200 series are Schottky Rectifiers designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters, DC/DC converters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications. These rectifiers feature a metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction, a guard ring for overvoltage protection, low power loss, high efficiency, high current capability, ultra-low forward voltage drop, and high surge capability. They are housed in a JEDEC DO-201AD molded plastic package with Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0.
