Product Overview
This series of ultrafast power rectifiers employs state-of-the-art epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact. Ideally suited for high voltage, high frequency rectification, or as free-wheeling and protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical. Features include a small, compact surface mountable package with J-bend leads, rectangular package for automated handling, high temperature glass passivated junction, and low forward voltage drop. Available in Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS Compliant versions.
