Product Overview

The MURA205, SURA8205, MURA210, NRVUA210V, and SURA8210 are surface mount ultrafast power rectifiers. They are ideally suited for high voltage, high frequency rectification, or as free-wheeling and protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical. These rectifiers feature a small, compact, surface-mountable package with J-bend leads and a rectangular package for automated handling. They utilize a high-temperature glass passivated junction and offer a low forward voltage drop. Devices with NRVUA and SURA8 prefixes are qualified for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements, and are AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable. These devices are Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS Compliant.
