Surface Mount Superfast Rectifier ER1A~ER1J

The ER1A~ER1J series are superfast rectifiers designed for surface-mounted applications, optimizing board space with easy pick-and-place capabilities. They feature superfast recovery times for high efficiency and a glass-passivated junction. The plastic package is compliant with Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-O. These rectifiers are lead-free in compliance with EU RoHS 2.0 and use a green molding compound as per IEC 61249 standard. They are suitable for single-phase, half-wave, 60 Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads. For capacitive loads, current should be derated by 20%.
