Product Overview
This series of ultrafast power rectifiers employs state-of-the-art epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact. Ideally suited for high voltage, high frequency rectification, or as free-wheeling and protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical. Features include a small, compact surface mountable package with J-bend leads, rectangular package for automated handling, high temperature glass passivated junction, and low forward voltage drop. The SURS8 prefix is available for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements, with AEC-Q101 qualification and PPAP capability. These devices are Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS Compliant.
