Surface Mount Schottky Diode onsemi NRVBA340NT3G Suitable for Automotive and Industrial Applications
Product Overview
The MBRA340T3/D is a Surface Mount Schottky Power Rectifier employing the Schottky Barrier principle. It features an epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact, making it ideal for low voltage, high frequency rectification, or as free wheeling and polarity diodes in compact, weight-critical surface mount applications. Its design offers a very low forward voltage drop and a guardring for stress protection.
