Product Overview

The DI100S~DI1010S series is a surface mount glass-passivated single-phase bridge rectifier designed for printed circuit board applications. These rectifiers offer low leakage, surge overload capabilities up to 30 amperes peak, and exceed environmental standards of MIL-S-19500/228. They are lead-free in compliance with EU RoHS 2011/65/EU and use a green molding compound as per IEC61249 Std. (Halogen Free). The construction utilizes a reliable, low-cost molded plastic technique for an inexpensive product. Terminals are lead solderable per MIL-STD-750, Method 2026.
