Its advanced recovery characteristics enhance efficiency, reduce EMI, and eliminate the need for snubber circuits. This diode is ideal for Power Factor Correction (PFC) boost applications, motor drive circuits, and DC-AC inverters, enabling faster switching and smaller EMI filter components.
